Breakfast: Healthy vegan pancakes :D + recipe



Hi guys!
I made some healthy vegan pancakes for breakfast today. They were so yummy and I really want to share the recipe with you. The recipe doesn't contain white flour, sugar or dairy products instead I used some healthy alternatives. You will need:



  • 2 tsp of baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2/3 cup of oats (blended into flour) 
  • 2/3 cup of non-dairy milk
  • 2/3 cup of water
  • 2 tbsp of pure coconut oil 
  • 1 tsp of chia seeds

  • Blend all the ingredients together except from the chia seed. Put the chia seeds in some water and let them sit for like 2-3 minutes. Heat a oiled frying pan over medium heat. Pour a the batter onto the frying pan, using approximately 1/4 cup  for each pancake. Enjoy!
