Green smoothie recipe
Heey!
I made a green smoothie this afternoon and I thought that I would share the recipe with you. The smoothie looks really disgusting but tastes super delicious. The smoothie contains a lot of healthy ingredients. Spirulina for example is a green algae used as an excellent source of protein, vitamins and minerals. Spirulina is high in, chlorophyll, vitamin B, vitamin C, D, A, E and vitamin B12. It is also a good source of important minerals such as calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, zinc to name a few. Spirulina is high in calcium with over 26 times the calcium in milk (dairy). So this smoothie is a great way to get all your vitamins and minerals. Hope you like it, here is the recipe:- 1 tsp spirulina powder
- 1 tsp chlorella powder
- 1 small mango
- 1/2 a pineapple (small)
- 2 handfulls of baby spinach
- half a lemon
- 1 & 1/2 cup of water (this make about 4 servings)
- 2 apples
- 1/2 orange
Blend all the ingredients and you'll have a super healthy green smoothie.
(Btw, I can really recommend these raw snack bars there are so good!)

Day in the city
Hi guys!
Today I went to the city with my mother and brother. I cut my hair and ate some raw vegan ice cream. Later in the afternoon I made some kale chips and raw chocolate, so yummy (I'll share the recipe soon). I will make a new video tomorrow which will be super exciting.

Breakfast: Healthy vegan pancakes :D + recipe
Hi guys!
I made some healthy vegan pancakes for breakfast today. They were so yummy and I really want to share the recipe with you. The recipe doesn't contain white flour, sugar or dairy products instead I used some healthy alternatives. You will need:
Blend all the ingredients together except from the chia seed. Put the chia seeds in some water and let them sit for like 2-3 minutes. Heat a oiled frying pan over medium heat. Pour a the batter onto the frying pan, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Enjoy!

Morning :)
Hi! The first thing I did this morning was to eat breakfast, then I went to the supermarket to buy some fruit. It was still kind of early so it was quit nice to be all alone in the store. I bought some bananas and blueberries for my afternoon snack. I won't do anything planned today so we'll see what my day will bring me .

Feeling happy :)
Hi!
Today have been a busy day. I woke up early this morning feeling super happy. I ate a super yummy breakfast with a green smoothie and a fruitsalad and right after that I made a new video for my channel. The editing and the filming took a couple of hours but I didn't mind because it was so much fun. I'm really looking forward filming more videos. I also took some pretty photos of me and Dolly. I'll update more tomorrow.

Lazy morning
Hi!
I woke up a few hours ago feeling very lazy. This morning has been very slow-going. I made a smoothie bowl with blueberries and strawberries for breakfast and just watched tv-shows all morning. Today I will just stay at home and spend time with my family and my puppy. I will start making youtube-videos again this week which is very exciting. I really want to make my blog and my youtube-channel to work. So I've decided to really concentrate on youtube and my blog these upcoming weeks. I hope you all have a wonderful day!
